Responsible

  • Define and manage KPIs for all departments and job positions, including evaluation criteria, to support performance appraisals and reporting aligned with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process, monitor progress across all employee levels, provide guidance to supervisors, and prepare summary and analysis reports.
  • Develop annual training plans and budgets, organize training activities according to the plan, and prepare monthly training reports.
  • Organize mandatory legal training sessions and submit relevant reports to the Department of Skill Development; ensure the Labor Skill Development Act information is always up to date.
  • Prepare detailed training expense reports with supporting documents such as course outlines, schedules, and proof of expenses, and submit them within the required timeline.
  • Provide recommendations on training courses during Training Needs Analysis (TNA), with emphasis on production skills, technical knowledge, safety, quality, and Individual Development Plans (IDP).
  • Support employee engagement in organizational development projects, such as talent management and succession planning initiatives.

  • Proven experience in managing Performance Management Systems (PMS), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and dashboard creation.
  • Strong background in Human Resource Development (HRD) management.
  • Knowledge and expertise in managing training programs in compliance with the Skill Development Promotion Act.
  • Capable of designing and delivering training courses effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
